Do You Work For Your Boss or Your Family?
Here is a sad story:
Right now there are hundreds of thousands of people who earn hundreds of thousands of dollars per year, and they never even get to see their kids awake! This is called ‘Heads in Beds’. They see their kids asleep when they get up early for work, and see them asleep again when they get back late. They have the money, but no time to even spend it.
There are even more people who have plenty of time, but have no money whatsoever. Free time is great, unless you are penniless.
The ideal situation is to have as much money as the high-paid people, and as much free time as the unemployed people. Would you agree that’s the ideal balance we all dream of? You would be free to do what you want, when you want, and no boss could ever tell you what to do again.
When you go to work, it’s not your boss you’re working for. The reason you’re there is for your family. If you were going to get paid anyway, regardless of whether you turned up for work or not, would you honestly go?
Nobody would!
If you got paid whether you worked or not you could take your family on vacations, and not worry about how long your boss is letting you go for. It’s rather ridiculous isn’t it? You go on vacation to spend time with your family, but only for as long as your boss says you can…
It’s just like being back in school. You’re only allowed out to play when the teacher says, and you run back in when the bell goes, to get back to work.
It’s time to remember who you really work for.
Your boss or your family?
Are you working for your spouse and kids, so they can enjoy their lives, live in a nice home, go on nice vacations, drive a nice car, eat nice food, wear nice clothes. You’re working for THEM, right?
Don’t get me wrong, you may love your job. And that’s fine. Love your job until you can love it no more.
At the end of the day though, it’s not about HOW you provide all those things is it? If you could get the money in a way that offered more flexibility, freedom, and less hours, would you take it?

To Be Financially Free...There Is No Need To Win A Lottery!
What do the following things all have in common:
* Winning the lottery
* Earning millions of dollars through your career
* Inheriting a family fortune
* Recording a hit song
* Writing a bestselling book
* Creating residual income through network marketing
There may be a few similarities, but the one we’re looking at is that they can all provide you with ongoing income that you won’t have to continuously work for, day after day. You could take the money an run, so to speak!
You can use any of these methods to create the financial stability and lifestyle you want, and also to create more time for yourself and your family and the things you love to do in your spare time.
But there is one glaring difference between creating residual income from your own network marketing business and all the other things on the list: winning the lottery isn’t easy to do, and neither is making millions at a conventional business venture, and being an heir to an immense family fortune is quite unlikely. Also, when was the last time you tried writing a hit book or song? These things aren’t easy. But creating healthy residual income through network marketing is a simple process.
Residual Income is money you get paid month after month for work you have already done. Think of how a singer gets paid royalties on their songs, or authors get money from book sales. They continue to get paid long after they did the initial work of singing the song or writing the book.
Residual Income can work for you too.
Network Marketing is a very realistic way to change your financial outlook for the better and to make your financial future much brighter.
Think of this: If you were to go out into the big wide world and try to earn a million dollars you would probably take decades. You would work tirelessly year after year to earn as much as you could, and to save as much money as you could.
And perhaps maybe one day you would make it, and get to a $1,000,000 bank balance. The beauty of that would be the fact that you could live off the interest alone, which would amount to perhaps $50,000 a year. Could you live on $50,000 a year of free money? So all you need is the initial million in the bank right? Wrong.
Think of this: to create $50,000 per year of residual income through network marketing you would probably have to spend 3 – 5 years working part time.
You can see why so many people choose Network Marketing as their wealth strategy!
When you build a solid network marketing business and you put in the effort and energy required to get it moving, you’re doing exactly what a millionaire would do with his or her millions, or a smart lottery winner would do with their winnings. These people would take that money, invest it, and live off the earnings from the investments. But instead of investing millions of dollars you are simply investing your time.
With Residual Income you are giving yourself the gift of freedom to choose and freedom to do what works for you ñ business-wise, energy-wise and time-wise.
Residual income is the best kind of income you will ever earn.
Network Marketing can change your life.

Be Your Own Boss! It's About Freedom
Do you know that the biggest reason many individuals have for starting up their own business? It Is Not the want for more income and It Is Not because they can set their own working hours.
FACT: Most individuals will answer such questions by saying they want to be their own boss. It is all about the freedom. The freedom to work when they choose to do so, the freedom of working on what they want to work on, without someone peeking over their shoulder to make sure deadlines are kept and hours worked are productive. They start their own business to cut the chains that bind them to a desk.
Whether you work in a brick and mortar business building or you work from home using your computer, you can set the rules. This is what it is all about. When you work for yourself you can be your own boss and get to MAKE the rules, you are no longer subjected to FOLLOWING the rules of some other slave driver. You are no longer a slave to the clock. You sleep until your sleep is finished.
Not too long ago, to be your own boss and work for your self was a bit more risky than it is today. Anyone who wanted to start a business had to make a big investment. Some were even forced to put their house on the line to receive a loan to get them started. Such as it was, it was terribly risky. Many people simply quit their jobs with no sense of a safety net to uphold them. They simply marched forward with a deep seeded hope for success in their hearts and minds.
Fortunately, for all of us, the business world we live in is much brighter. Today, you can be your own boss and work from home using your spare time and still stay with your full-time job, while you build your business. The entry into the world of business is much more accessible for everyone, since the risk is just a few hundred dollars.
To be your own boss and go into business for your self has never been better, since network marketing is spreading far and wide. It is practical and feasible to become successful. You can wake up each morning when YOU want to wake up. You are no longer tethered by your alarm clock. Imagine getting an extra paycheck every month, one you do not have to rush out and spend on food, shelter and bills.
WARNING: To be your own boss also carries some challenges.
Since no one will be peeking over your shoulder to see that you are taking care of business, you will need to do this for yourself. Do you have what it takes to keep yourself focused on any task you need to complete, if someone is not there watching over you?
This type of dedication and commitment is rare. If you do have what it takes, I highly recommend that you consider your options in the field of Network Marketing. You may even surprise yourself with your own success.
QUESTION: If the alarm clock did not wake you up to go to work, would you still get up at that time?
When you commit yourself, you can overcome any type of obstacle in motivation. It really is a small price to pay for such freedom. If you focus your efforts and commit yourself to it, you will reap the rewards in one of the best career options available today.

Our Forever Reality
I like what Aidan posted...
Posted on by Aidan
I was visiting a close friend and his family recently. We were discussing the importance of being optimistic as we approach life’s trials. As we talked about the glass being “half empty or half full” my friend’s son exclaimed. ” I just drink what is in the glass!” I laughed and we moved on with our discussion. I have thought a lot about this expression and it’s poignant message and it reminded me of a message I read some years ago from Rex Maughan, the entrepreneur who established the company Forever Living Products. He taught about the responsibilities we face when we work with others;
As I think about the comment my friend’s son. I am more and more impressed by his insight. I would like to add thought. It it is not enough just to drink it, we are required to smile and enjoy it!

I am always inspired and motivated by what Rex has to say.” Once in a while, as we surf the channels we’ll catch a glimpse of a so called “reality show”. You know the ones, where they put a group of people in a house and the aim it seems to be to tear down the others and eventually have to throw them out of the house. It appears from a fleeting glance that the winner is the one that is the most obnoxious, selfish and mean. Or there is the another show where they give a lucky girl or boy the opportunity to choose a life partner in 12 hours-(allowing, of course, for commercials and retakes!). Don’t worry I am not about to make a social commentary on the state of entertainment ‘these days’, but just an observation about the importance of doing business in the real world and not in the other ‘reality’. Obviously the ‘reality’ that the TV is talking about is as far from the true meaning of the word as possible. There is no reality to the scenarios that they create. An individual that is mean and selfish will never succeed in the real world over time. Sure, they is often a brief flirt with temporary achievement, but long term success is based on relationship management. Much the same as the young girl that is faced with the choice of worthy mates, when all that she is given a few sound bites and a day on a catamaran in Hawaii to make one of life’s most important decisions.
We all ‘reap what we sow”, a solid relationship takes a massive amount of effort to establish and maintain, exactly the same as when we take on the awesome responsibility of becoming a FOREVER Sponsor. All of us, at some time will sponsor someone and typically their decision to join FOREVER is based on the enthusiasm that you have transferred and the expectation that you have created. In TV land, it would be easy, you’d sponsor a superstar and then neglect then, never help them create a business plan, never sit down with them and create their list and show them how to work it, never help them with the first couple of product launches, never get on a 3 way call with them. Never take them for a lunch on their birthday and of course they would become a Leadership Diamond Manager with a business doing over 12.5k cc in the first six episodes! Now in reality we all know it is very different. We are required to invest a significant amount of time and energy in their success and be willing to share their burdens in return for the rewards. There are no short cuts or edits or re-takes in the real world we are required to get it right the first time, not to be perfect, but to do it right.” Rex Maughan.
